About the project

What is SkillCompass?

SkillCompass is an Erasmus+ project funded by the European Commission through the National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility. Its aim is to improve career guidance and support for young people with specific learning difficulties such as:

Skill Compass

Project objectives

Creating an inclusive guide featuring 10 digital tools for career guidance.
Training youth workers and career counselors to identify and support young people with learning difficulties.
Increasing the employability of youth with specific learning difficulties.
Building a European network of professionals prepared for inclusive career counseling.

The project will provide training, digital tools, and practical resources for youth workers, career counselors, teachers, and other professionals working with youth with specific learning difficulties
