Trainings, Webinars, and Public Events to Better Support Young People with
Learning Difficulties in Career Planning 

As part of the SkillCompass project, we will organize trainings, webinars, and public events aimed at educating and connecting professionals who work with young people with specific learning difficulties.

Trainings

What are they?
SkillCompass will deliver 12 hands-on training sessions (lasting 4–6 hours each) for youth workers, career counselors, teachers, and educators across all partner countries.
Participants will learn how to: 
  • Identifying students with specific learning difficulties
  • Using the digital tools developed within the SkillCompass project
  • Providing inclusive, student-centered career guidance

Webinars

What are they?
A series of 40 webinars will be organized across all partner countries, 
targeting youth workers, career counselors, and educators involved in guiding young people. 
These online sessions will offer practical knowledge and interactive guidance on: 
  • Identifying students with specific learning difficulties
  • Using the digital tools developed within the SkillCompass project
  • Providing inclusive, student-centered career guidance
