VISUAL CAREER PATH BUILDER

The Visual Career Path Builder tool was developed by Bulair 20A Ltd (Bulgaria) within the Erasmus+ project „SkillCompass: Empowering Youth with Learning Differences through Inclusive Career Guidance Tools“.

The tool is a digital, one-page interactive career guidance tool created to help young people with dyslexia, ADHD, and other learning differences explore suitable professional directions. It transforms the career planning process into a clear, visual, step-by-step journey that supports decision-making and reduces the stress associated with traditional text-heavy guidance materials.
