Understand Your Strengths & Challenges: SWOT Analysis was developed by Creative House (North Macedonia) within the Erasmus+ project SkillCompass: Empowering Youth with Learning Differences through Inclusive Career Guidance Tools.
This tool introduces young people to the SWOT method (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) as a simple and visual way to reflect on their abilities and personal development. It helps neurodivergent youth explore who they are, what they are good at, and what support they may need, making self-reflection more accessible and engaging.
Young people with learning differences often struggle to identify and express their strengths and challenges, which can affect confidence and decision-making in education or career planning. They need a structured yet youth-friendly tool that promotes self-understanding without judgment.
The tool responds to that need by offering a guided SWOT template that encourages honest reflection, builds self-awareness, and supports clearer communication between youth, educators, and counselors.
The tool is intended for neurodivergent young people, educators, youth workers, school counselors, and caregivers who want to help youth better understand themselves and prepare for future choices.
The PDF SWOT Analysis includes a visually engaging SWOT worksheet, along with a curated list of potential strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that students can review and select from. Its clean, youth-friendly design makes the tool easy to use in individual reflection, classroom activities, or career counseling sessions.

The SWOT PDF can be completed individually or with the guidance of a teacher, youth worker, or counselor.
The PDF helps young people gain clarity, confidence, and ownership over their self-development while making reflection more accessible for neurodivergent learners. It aligns with the SKILL-C project’s mission to create inclusive, practical tools that support informed and equitable career guidance.
